Toronto, ON. March 9, 2023 — Novus Health, a global leader in health care navigation, announced today Jamie Marcellus has been named as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Marcellus will commence the role in late March. Robin Ingle, Novus Health’s current Chairman and CEO, will move into the role of Executive Chairman.
Marcellus brings more than 20 years of senior management experience in both public and private health care systems and services, most recently as Chief Revenue Officer of HealthFleet Inc. Prior to HealthFleet, Marcellus served as President of HumanaCare, an employee health services company that was acquired by CloudMD in 2021.

As President of HumanaCare, Marcellus successfully scaled and grew the organization from its acquisition in 2016 to its eventual sale to CloudMD in 2021. Before HumanaCare, Marcellus was President of First Health Care, a home care and supplemental health care staffing provider, where he was responsible for leading strategy, streamlining operations and building customer relationships, prior to its successful sale to Carecor.
Marcellus received his BScN degree in Nursing from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) and an MBA from the University of Fredericton (formerly Lansbridge University).
